14. Warren G. Harding
When Harding took the Oval Office, the United States had just returned from the Great War long enough to start the War on Booze. He inherited a powder keg of violence. No surprise that right before he took office in 1921, Harding did a little partying himself. His mistress, Nan Britton, claimed that Harding fathered her illegitimate child. She was nice [smart?] enough not to drop that bomb until he completed his second term.
