6. George H.W. Bush
The elder Bush, as many refer to the first President Bush these days, is no stranger to scandal. Recently, a rash of accusations has hit the press regarding his wandering hands during photo opportunities, both as president and as an aging adult. More salacious than wandering hands, H.W. also may have maintained an affair with Jennifer Fitzgerald, the White House deputy chief of protocol. The affair didn’t come to light until after Bush was out of the White House. It remains unproven.
