As far as the stock 1969 Dodge Charger, it came with multiple different engine and transmission combinations. Anything from a inline six with 145hp and an automatic transmission to the top of the line 426 cubic inch Hemi producing 425hp connected to a 4-speed manual. It is one of the better looking cars of the muscle car era, and the General Lee will forever remain one of my favorites. Hollywood has since made two full length movie featuring a modern take on the show starring Johnny Knoxville and although they weren’t they greatest movies you still loved them, all because of that bright orange car with the ridiculous flag painted on top and its musical horn.
