The Bugatti Chiron could be at the top of many different lists, most expensive, fastest, most powerful, just to name a few. But when the car was designed it was intended to not only be the fastest and most powerful but also to be the most luxurious cars on the planet. The level of hand craftsmanship in this car makes Bentley and Rolls Royce look like a kindergarten class with safety scissors, construction paper, and home-made paste.
