Tesla Model S P90D
Although it’s not what you typically would think of as a luxury car, once you see the interior and gadgetry of the fully electric Tesla P90D you will see how it made the list. Everything from a bio-defense system to controlling the climate and infotainment system is just a quick touch of a button on the 17-inch screen on the center console. Surprisingly the range on these cars has reached very practical ranges of just shy of 300 miles on a single charge. That’s what most cars will do on a tank of gas.

However with the P90D having a combined 762hp from the front and rear electric motors that via an all-wheel drive system and a “ludicrous launch mode” can rocket this car from 0-60 in a supercar like 2.8 seconds you are not likely to get anywhere near the 300-mile range. Pricing for the top of the line Model S starts at roughly $110,000.
