This is one that I had not heard of prior to making this list, at least this specific trim level. I thought that the Turbo S was the top of the line Panamera, but come to find out there is a Panamera Exclusive Series.

This takes the speed of the Turbo S but adds a whole new level of luxury to the mix. Talk about the best of both worlds. Power comes from a twin turbo 4.8L V8 producing 570hp that is similar to that used in the Turbo S. Pricing starts at just over $260,000.
